SERVICES

PERSONAL CARE

- Assisting with daily living activities and maintaining your well-being. This includes personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, bathing, and ambulatory

MOBILITY SUPPORT

- Involves assisting with walking, transferring, using mobility aids, and constant monitoring to ensure safety and promoting independence

MEDICATION REMINDER

- Assisting with reminding to take medications and following the prescribed schedule

PALLIATIVE CARE

- Assisting with daily living activities and symptoms management while offering emotional support and companionship

POST-SURGERY CARE

- Assisting with ADLs and supporting recovery, including personal care, mobility, medication organization and reminders, and creating a safe environment

HOUSEHOLD TASKS

- Assisting with light housekeeping like laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for you. Do note that any additional tasks should be discussed during the consultation and is not automatically included with the other services provided

COMPANIONSHIP

- Providing emotional support, social interactions, and engaging in activities that combat loneliness and isolation

HOME SUPPORT

- Providing care and assistance in your home, like helping with daily living activities and household tasks to maintain independence and well-being
